If Moatline Pro isn't right for you, email info@nextnova.tech within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. Tell us your order email and, if you're happy to, what didn't work for you. You don't have to give a reason.
Renewals
Automatic yearly renewals can also be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date. We'll send a reminder email before your licence renews, and you can turn off automatic renewal at any time.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with, through our payment partner Freemius. They usually appear within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank. Once a refund is made, the licence is deactivated.
When we can't refund
- Requests made more than 14 days after the purchase or renewal.
- Licences cancelled for misuse under our terms of service, such as sharing a licence key publicly.
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under consumer law where you live.
