What we fix

Every kind of WordPress hack we see

Redirects and pop-ups

Visitors sent to scam, casino or adult sites, often only on phones or from Google, and fake “verify you are human” pop-ups.

Spam in Google

Japanese, pharma or casino pages in your search results, and the “This site may be hacked” warning.

Backdoors and web shells

Hidden files that let attackers back in, fake plugins, and hidden administrator accounts.

Database infections

Code injected into posts, widgets, page-builder data, options and cron jobs, where most scanners never look.

Blocklists and suspensions

Google, Norton and McAfee warnings, and hosting accounts suspended for malware or spam.

WooCommerce skimmers

Card-stealing scripts on the checkout page, which can run for months without anyone noticing.

How it works

Clean, fixed and locked down

Back up and scan

A full backup of files and database first, then a server-side and database scan, not just a plugin scan.

Clean by hand

Every infected file and database entry removed, core files restored, and plugins and themes replaced with clean official copies.

Close the hole

We find how the attacker got in (an outdated plugin, a stolen password, a hidden admin) and fix it.

Lock it down

Firewall and login protection, two-step login for admins, all passwords and security keys changed.

Clear the warnings

Review requests to Google Search Console and other blocklists, and a cleanup report for your host if needed.

Report

A written report of what we found, what we fixed, and what to keep an eye on.

Questions

About our malware removal service

How much does WordPress malware removal cost?
A full cleanup of one site starts at $45 through our Fiverr gig, with delivery in one day. Packages with 30 or 90 days of re-infection cover cost more; the current prices are on the gig. Extra infected sites on the same hosting account are cleaned together as an add-on.
How long does it take?
Most sites are clean within 24 hours of us getting access. Very large sites, or hosting accounts with many infected sites, can take longer; we tell you before we start.
Will my site go offline?
No. We take a full backup first and clean the live site. If your host has already suspended it, we work through the access your host gives us and send them a cleanup report so they can switch it back on.
What access do you need?
A WordPress administrator login and access to your hosting: the control panel (cPanel, Plesk or similar), or SFTP plus the database. We never need your payment or bank details.
Will I lose content, plugins or my theme?
No. Your posts, pages, products and settings stay. Infected plugins and themes are replaced with clean official copies of the same version, so nothing changes for your visitors.
What if the malware comes back?
We find and close the way the attacker got in, not just the files a scanner flags, so it shouldn’t. Our Standard and Premium packages include 30 or 90 days of re-infection cover: if the same infection returns in that time, we clean it again at no cost.
Can you remove the Google “This site may be hacked” or “Deceptive site” warning?
Yes. After the cleanup we request a review in Google Search Console and with other blocklists (Norton, McAfee and others). How long the review takes is up to Google, usually a few days.
Do you work on WooCommerce stores?
Yes, including card skimmers on the checkout page, which we check for on every store.
